Begin the Upgrade
1) Install PLO 3.00 version into different folder as version 2.01
2) Run PLO version 2.01 and backup your database
3) Close PLO 2.01 version
4) Run PLO 3.00 version
5) Go to Recover Data from Data menu
6) Recover your old data
7) Go to Convert data function from Data menu
8) Convert your data
9) Run Data Control function from Data menu
10) Backup on your hard drive and CD
11) Check your new data ( run all functions from PLO )
11) When you complete the upgrade , uninstall old PLO program

What Is the Difference Between an Upgrade and an Update?
Update, upgrade, which do you choose? What is the difference between a software update and a software upgrade anyway?
The difference between a software upgrade and a software update can be confusing.
A software update is made available by free download to customers as a fix for a bug in the software or it is a minor enhancement to the software. Updates sometimes include new drivers which support the latest hardware such as printers, CD drives and the like. A software update is also called a patch, because it is applied over software that you already have installed. A software update is not a full software package.
A software upgrade is a purchase of a newer version of software you currently use. For example, if you currently use PLO 2.01 and you buy and install PLO 3.00, you’ve just upgraded your software.
